Roo is a sweet 4 year lemon Pointer hound  He's a big solid boy at 96 lbs and we think he may have some yellow lab and hound, but don't know for sure without a DNA test.   When you meet Roo he will tell you his name!

Roo loves hugs, dancing, and belly rubs.  Check out the video in his profile where he is in heaven.  He is just a big guy with a bigger heart. Roo likes chasing birds but nothing bigger than a cow.  He does not like horses!   He also does not like big cameras cause they look scary!.   He is excellent with other dogs and kids and displays good manners when company comes over - he ignores them!  House Trained, leash trained, and crate trained!!!   He attended an event at a Pets Store and was in heaven - greeted everyone appropriately and turned on the doggie charm for more treats.

Roo is used to being in a home, but has adapted fairly well and is at a healthy weight.  He is definitely a food hog!
