Interested in an obedience trained dog that loves to play fetch and loves her doggie pool?  Meet Brenda!

Brenda is an extremely smart, loving, house trained and crate trained dog who finished her obedience training.  She is a 6 year old., 55 pound,energetic mixed breed with some retriever who loves to run, play fetch for hours.   She walks well on leash with her gentle leader..  Smart Brenda completed her obedience skill class at the North Central prison program and  knows basic obedience such as sit, down, stay, heel, come, no, off, place, wait and OK.  She's also  learned a few tricks such as bang (play dead) and roll over. We have several videos of talented Brenda, one during her training at the prison and the latest of her demonstrating obedience plus her newfound skill of raiding our donation box!  The video also demonstrates how easily Brenda responds to a handler who is confident.  Nervous people can scare Brenda and make her uncomfortable,  but she can stay in another room if a guest is unsure about her.

Her perfect home would be an experienced adult house where she can receive all the love and attention.  Her energetic self might be too much for little kids.  Brenda prefers to have the home and attention all to herself so no other pets in the house. However, Miss Brenda will give you much in return.  She will keep you entertained and reward you with her loyalty and affection.
