This is Phil, a striking tuxedo boy with a talent for biscuit making and a heart ready to love. This people oriented cat wants to be wherever you are, whether it is stretched out beside you, basking on a sun-warmed bed, or lounging happily on his very own heating pad. He even has a favorite fuzzy blanket that he kneads with skill — hoping his homemade biscuits might earn him a tasty treat in return.

A tidy eater and treat-motivated, Phil is both trainable and quick to bond with the person who feeds him. While he is not quite a lap cat yet, he is learning to enjoy grooming sessions, especially chin and neck scratches, and is steadily growing more affectionate.

Phil would thrive in a calm, quiet home without other cats, dogs, or young children. Intelligent and attentive, he carries himself with a muscular physique and impressive “murder mittens." Though he may startle at sudden noises due to his early history, once he feels safe, Phil relaxes beautifully and is very tolerant of human contact . He even allows his feet and toe pads to be stroked.
