Winston has been diligently honing his etiquette skills, and you’ll often find him lying in his designated “place,” practicing his recall, or enjoying leisurely walks.

After all that hard work, he loves nothing more than to cuddle up with his favorite stuffed toy and take a well-deserved nap. He’s also crate trained and perfectly safe to be left alone while you’re out and about. Winston is an easy-going gentleman who adores people of all ages. He prefers being the only dog in the household. He does have a bit of a prey drive, so a home without cats would be ideal for him.

• Local adopters only.

• All our dogs are in private fosters.

• We only set up meets with approved adopters.

• If you want to meet our adoptable dogs, many pups will be at Brewhound for Fur Sisters Friday on the first Friday of every month from 6-8 pm.

• Follow our socials to stay up to date on the latest events that our dogs will be attending.

• Adopters are chosen based on the best fit for each dog, it is not first come, first served.

• We do not "hold" dogs.

If you are looking for a dog, we recommend filling out an application and indicating what you are looking for in a dog. Our volunteers work hard to match approved applicants with the best dogs for their lifestyle.
