Daphne is a sweet and playful girl who’s ready to find her forever home. A former Sunbury dog, she’s now living her best life as a certified couch hippo, but she’s also full of energy and joy when it comes to playing with her people and her foster doggy siblings! She has a bit too much energy for small children and she’s not had much interaction with cats so would probably do best in a house without feline friends or very young children (under 5).

Daphne is a big fan of naps, and she has a healthy appetite—meals are served in her crate, where she feels secure and comfortable. Though still working on her leash skills, Daphne is a fast learner and gets better every day. With patience, love and consistency she’s quickly becoming a pleasure to walk. 

Smart and eager to please, Daphne is driven by both food and affection, making her a fantastic companion for anyone willing to continue her training. Whether you’re out for a walk or relaxing on the couch, Daphne is sure to be your loyal sidekick, always ready to share a cuddle or a brisk walk around the neighborhood.
