Chantilly Lace is hoping the 3rd time is the charm. She has been adopted twice and returned, through no fault of her own."Tilly" as we fondly call her, is confused and sad as her whole world has been upended over and over. She's a 1 year old Himalayan blue eyed beauty, with an independent disposition and some past trauma. Tilly's nature is gentle and playful, always ready to greet you with a soft meow and those impossibly big, electric blue eyes. She loves to play tag and chase with her human, will jump after a wand toy, loves the laser toy, and will play "roll the ball" with you. Tilly isn't one to come over when called as she prefers her independence, but she is very attached to her main person(s). She LOVES to be held like a baby and then after lots of kisses, it's time to explore the house. Tilly has been trained to "Go to bed" when we go to bed and she happily goes into her own room to sleep for the night. Trimming Tilly's nails is easy and she doesn't mind at all. This beauty has known the joys of motherhood, having carried a litter of her own when she was no more than a kitten herself and is now truly ready for a loving forever home. Tilly will thrive in a quiet home with just one person or a couple, and absolutely no other pets, as Tilly has had trauma in interactions with dogs and cats who were aggressive with her. Tilly's true nature is flopping over for belly rubs, chatting you up about her day and sitting quietly in the window on her favorite perch (that comes with her), to watch the birds.
