Mercy

French Bulldog

6 years, Female, Small

Our precious little gremlin is still “looking” for her forever home.

We recently posted that our sweet, special, happy girl was regressing in her loving foster home , due to her foster mom’s work schedule, and not getting enough one-on-one attention.

We received many generous offers for foster and adoption for Mercy, but sadly the majority of them were not even close to being a fit.

Some were very far away ( Chicago, Michigan…etc), and some were from well-meaning people who wanted Mercy to be friends with their existing dogs or cats. That is just not a possibility.

We simply have to set Mercy up for success in her life. She’s been through far too much and deserves the very best future.

The good news? We DID find Mercy a wonderful new foster mom who is able to take her to work most days, and is taking amazing care of her.

But Mercy is still in a home with other dogs, and she does need to be kept completely separate, so it’s not a permanent solution.

Mercy is an extremely affectionate, cuddly, fun, happy, smart, small, adorable, middle-aged Frenchie mix who just happens to be blind. ( you would have never guessed this except for the fact that Mercy does not have eyes).

Despite the obvious challenges, Mercy  captures the heart of every person she meets.

She will then amaze you with her abilities.

Mercy is a wonderful passenger in the car, behaves well in a work environment, loves every human being of every age, and brings smiles wherever she goes.

Mercy can hike, play, adventure, and couch potato 🥔 with the same enthusiasm.

Mercy’s only requirement is that she is your only animal, or that you are very serious about keeping her separated from others.

To adopt the most beautiful, inspiring, loving, magical little Gargoyle who will fill your heart with love, and your home with happiness…

Please fill out an application.

Mercy is in Northern New Jersey, and we will not ship her to a state that does not border ours.
