Mo

Boxer

5 years, Male, Large

Introducing Mo, a big boy who will make you believe in 2nd chances.  Poor Mo was abandoned and waiting on the return of his owner. He eventually made his way to Canine Collective and needed time to decompress from his ordeal. Mo is a great dog who just needed some time. Our big boy is really just a super sweet big baby!

Mo weighs 75 lbs and about 5 years old.  We think he looks like a Boxer/American Bulldog mix but of course a DNA test would clarify Mo’s heritage.  He is greatly hearing impaired but does very well with hand signals.  Mo is pretty smart and does very well with hand signals.

Mo loves the outdoors but does not like the summer heat.  He is not a water dog but air conditioning will perk him back up!   He recently went for a special outing and did great. He’s wonderful in the car, very calm and just likes to sit in the back and look out the window. He’s great on leash, hardly any pulling, and will walk right next to your side. He likes to look back and make sure you’re there.  Our boy loves treats (especially bacon) and attention and gives sweet kisses.  Mo is very good with other dogs, and is housetrained. Neutered and fully vaccinated.

Mo is ready to be part of a family that will never leave him again. If you like "underdog" stories (pun intended) and are interested in giving a new home to our big boy, apply at www.caninecollective.org.
