At 5 years young, Nova has mastered the fine art of melting hearts with her big, soulful eyes and floppy, velvet-soft ears. She’s a firm believer that hugs aren’t just for tall dogs, and she’ll happily waddle right up to you for some full-body Basset love—short legs be darned!

Nova isn’t picky about food (because food = happiness), and she’s always ready to taste-test anything you’ve got—purely for quality control, of course. She enjoys chilling on the couch, taking majestic slow-motion zoomies, and following you everywhere like the loyal potato that she is.

Nova really wants to be the center of attention. She has lived with other dogs and does well with pups her size or larger—but we think she would be really happy being your one and only so she can get all of your love!
