Meet Scarlett, known as the "compact cutie" of Canine Collective. 

Scarlett is super duper sweet 3-4 year old mixed breed gal that weighs only 42 pounds. She is much smaller than indicated by her weight - she is slightly less than knee high! Scarlett is 100% good girl! She’s always happy and has the sweetest little personality—she’ll even flash you the best smile. Scarlett loves laying in the doggie pool and will seek a nice bench and crawl under for shade.  Check out the fun video of scarlett in the play yard on a hot summer day.  Scarlett attended a public event with a couple of other dogs and did great!  She loved kids and acted appropriately around the other dogs. She was very easy to handle with a stylish harness.
