Meet Ella, a medium sized 18 mo white shepherd mix who loves people. Fixed and UTD on vaccinations.

Ella loves people, does fine with kids and likes to meet new people.  She really enjoys pets and snuggles.  She can get excited, so a regular exercise schedule would help with that energy.  If she doesn't get her daily walk, she will cry.  She also does not like the smell of nicotine (gets a little shaky) so she should be in a no smoking household.  This is the first time we have had this in a dog's bio!

Our girl is in the teenage phase so you know how that goes.  She thinks she is independent and will ignore your "requests" when she feels like it.  Time for some structured obedience training, including leash skills.  She is still a puppy/teenager so will will need some training and a family that is willing to work with her. 

Ella does have high prey drive so small dogs and cats may not be the best fit.  We think she would thrive with an experienced owner who can teach her obedience and doggie manners.  If you're interested, apply at www.caninecollective.org.
