Meet Gandalf!  Gandalf & another dog were seen dumped out of a car.  Luckily the witness was able to corral the dogs and get them into his car.

We are guessing Gandalf is around ten years old.  His hair was matted and full of thorns, but he’s doing better after a haircut.

Gandalf is a very easy-going boy, content to lay around most of the day and always ready to be pet and loved on.  His tail wags non-stop!

Gandalf is seeking a foster or foster-to-adopt home.  He is currently with a volunteer in southern Ohio.  We would like to get him moved to Columbus so he can be groomed and seen by a vet.
