Meet Pork Chop, a 16 week old  mixed breed who has wiry dark hair.   Pork Chop and his two brothers T-Bone and Hamburg are known as the Meat pups.  The pups and mom were abandoned by their “owner” in Kentucky. A good Samaritan brought them to safety and eventually to Ohio. Mom has fed the pups well and they are thriving. Pork Chop is the smallest of the trio and currently weighs 17-18 lbs.

Mom  was a 45 lb wire haired terrier type (see pic). She looked like a wolfhound but is not near the size you would expect. She had striking blue eyes and some of her progeny have that same look.  Pork Chop's coat texture is more similar to mom, but his brindle coloring likely is from his unknown dad.  He is a typical puppy that likes to play with his brothers and toys and is friendly and curious.
