Meet T-Bone, a 16 week old mixed breed who looks like a wire haired terrier. T-Bone and his two brothers Hamburg and Pork Chop are known as the "Meat pups". The pups and their mom, and their mom were abandoned by their “owner” in Kentucky. A good Samaritan brought them to safety and eventually to Ohio. Mom has fed the pups well and they are thriving. T-Bone is the biggest of the group at a current weight of 21 lbs.
Mama was a 45 lb wire haired terrier type (see pic). She looked like a wolfhound but is not near the size you would expect. She had striking blue eyes and some of her progeny have that same look. T-Bone has a brindle coat and very striking light blue eyes similar to mama. Dad is unknown but we suspect he has a brindle coat. T-Bone is a typical pup who enjoys playing with his brothers. He is the more cautiius one of the trio, analyzing everything around him.
