I’m an almost 3-year-old, 65+ pound pit bull with a spotted coat and (so I’ve been told) one of the cutest smiles around. I’m kind of shy at first, so I usually let my tail do the talking while I figure out if you’re as friendly as you look. Once I know you’re nice… well, that’s when the cuddles start. I’m a bit of a snugglebug at heart.

I’ve lived with other dogs before and usually do really well with female dogs, but I’d like to meet any future dog siblings first—just to make sure we click. I should probably confess… cats and little critters? I think they’re for chasing. I can’t help it! So I’d be happiest in a home without them.

I’m actually pretty easy to walk on a leash—I like to stroll along beside you. Unless, of course, I spot a squirrel or bunny… then I might forget myself for a second. I promise I try to be good!

I may not be the kind of pup who bounces up to everyone right away. I like to take my time, but once I trust you, I’ll lean in close and share my goofy grin. I’m really hoping for a family who will see past my shy start and love me for the sweet, cuddly buddy I am inside.

If you’re looking for a gentle-hearted friend who just wants to love and be loved (and maybe take up a little extra room on the couch), I think we’d get along great.
