Gorgeous Emmy is a sweet, friendly, and confident 2.5-year-old Husky/Lab mix who wins hearts wherever she goes! She loves meeting new people and especially loves playing with other dogs — big or small, she’s great with them all. She’s the perfect blend of playful and polite, and a total star at the dog park.

Emmy is fully house-trained, well-mannered, and has no bad habits — no chewing, counter-surfing, or storm fears here! She has a moderate energy level: she enjoys walks, tug-of-war, and squeaky toys, but she’s also calm and content lounging around the house. She has a touch of independence, happily entertaining herself when needed, yet she’s affectionate and loves being part of the family.

While she’s smart and eager to please, Emmy does have a strong prey drive, so she isn’t a candidate for off-leash outings. She travels beautifully in the car, gets along wonderfully with children, and may be able to learn to live with cats (though she hasn’t met any yet).

Emmy would thrive in a home where she’s not left alone all day — ideally with another friendly dog buddy, though she’s also happy as a solo pup with attentive humans. And if you’re lucky, you might even hear her adorable “singing” when a certain TV commercial comes on!
