Meet Stella!

Stella is a 49-pound bundle of charm with a golden coat, a curious nose, and a personality that’s impossible not to love. We think she may be part hound, part lab and who knows what else? Whatever mixes of breeds she is, Stella is a very sweet smart gal! 

Around 4 years old, this sweet girl found herself in rescue after being transferred from a county dog pound due to an eviction—through no fault of her own. Now she’s ready for her next (and forever) chapter!

Stella is a people-loving, tail-wagging sweetheart who is always up for affection—especially booty scratches, which she considers an essential daily activity. She’s highly treat-motivated and already knows “sit” and “shake,” making her both smart and eager to please.

When she’s not soaking up attention, Stella is busy enjoying her favorite things: treats, toys, and bones! She’s a curious explorer who loves to sniff on walks (hound life!), and she brings enthusiasm and joy wherever she goes.

Stella has been friendly with other Canine Collective dogs. If there’s another dog in the home, a meet and greet is recommended to make sure everyone is a good fit.

Stella is searching for a home full of love, adventures, and maybe a few extra treats—and in return, she’ll give you loyalty, laughs, and lots of happy tail wags.
