Meet Mr. Kitty 🐾

Mr. Kitty began his journey as a stray, living outdoors and visiting the founder of our organization each day for meals. For a long time, he kept his distance from people. He often arrived alongside another feline friend who shared those daily feedings. After his companion sadly passed away, Mr. Kitty’s behavior changed—almost as if he was ready to trust.

He started coming closer to his human feeders, seeking attention, enjoying pets, and eventually even allowing himself to be held. That’s when we knew it was time to bring Mr. Kitty inside and help him find the forever home he truly deserves.

We believe Mr. Kitty may be a Maine Coon mix, and he has been slowly and successfully acclimating to indoor life. He is currently being fostered in a home with children and does wonderfully with them. The kids shower him with love and attention, which he happily accepts. He adores being petted, purrs endlessly, and loves lounging in a soft, cozy bed. When he’s especially content, he kneads his paws on the blankets to show just how happy he is.

Mr. Kitty enjoys human companionship and will gladly soak up affection for hours. He appears to be okay with other cats, but he is not comfortable around dogs and would do best in a dog-free home.

Mr. Kitty is FIV positive, but he is currently healthy, has a great appetite, and uses the litter box reliably. Cats with FIV can live long, happy lives and simply need routine veterinary care and a loving indoor home.

One of his most charming traits is his “talking” meow—it truly sounds like he’s forming words!
