Meet Bear 🐾

Bear is a handsome 5-year-old blue Pitbull with a big heart to match his solid, snuggly frame. This sweet boy is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate — he’s just as happy tossing around his favorite toys as he is soaking up love from his people.

In his previous home, Bear adored the girls in the family and loved spending time with them. He was so patient and gentle that he even let them paint his nails — happily sitting through their spa days like the good sport he is! That’s just the kind of easygoing, loving personality Bear has.

He has lived peacefully with a cat and is wonderful with kids, making him a great candidate for a family home. Bear truly prefers to be with his people and thrives on companionship. Because of that, he can feel anxious when left alone for long periods, so he would do best in a home where someone is around often or willing to help him build confidence when solo time is necessary.

Bear has never lived with other dogs, so a meet and greet would be required to ensure a good fit with any potential canine siblings.

He could use a little polishing on his leash manners — he gets excited about adventures and sometimes forgets his size — but with consistency and guidance, he’ll happily learn. He’s eager to please and loves positive attention.

If you’re looking for a loyal, playful companion who will adore your family, tolerate the occasional mani-pedi, and fill your home with love (and squeaky toys), Bear might just be your perfect match. 🐻💕
