Meet Joni Lou 🐾

Joni Lou is a 2-year-old, ~53 lb mixed breed  (boxer?) with a stunning brindle coat and an even more beautiful personality to match.

This sweet girl truly lives up to the phrase “doesn’t know a stranger.” She loves people and will happily soak up all the attention you’re willing to give — especially if it includes belly rubs, which are her absolute favorite. Joni Lou may be just a tiny bit shy when first meeting someone new, but she warms up quickly and once she does, her affectionate, easygoing nature really shines. She’s the kind of dog who makes fast friends and settles right into being part of the family. She walks beautifully on a leash, rides great in the car, and keeps her space very clean, which suggests she may already have good house manners. She also seems to do well with other dogs and enjoys their company.

Joni lou made her adoption event debut and did fabulous!  Great with kids and other dogs.  

Joni Lou is the total package — sweet, loving, well-behaved, and just the right age where she still has some playful energy but also knows how to relax and enjoy time with her people.
