Meet Ares 💛

This city-life cat had enough of living on the streets! Ares made his way to A Pathway to Hope and into a loving foster home, where we quickly discovered just how special he is.

Ares gets along with pretty much everyone. He loves people and kids, gets along great with other cats, and even tolerates dogs! He loves being near his people and will follow you from room to room. If you're standing at the sink, don't be surprised to find Ares stretched out right by your feet keeping you company.

He enjoys lounging, playing with toys, and—his absolute favorite—relaxing by a window and watching the world go by.

Ares has nothing but love to give. The moment you pet him, he melts into you, purring nonstop and soaking up every bit of affection. He truly lives up to his name—Ares, the Greek God of War—because this sweet boy fought hard to survive life on the streets, and now he's ready for the good life he deserves.

He recently attended our Rescue Pet Yoga event and walked around the room greeting everyone! He even knows his name and comes when called. ❤️
