She doesn’t ask for much in life—just love, soft pets, and a person to lean against when the world feels scary.

Surrendered through no fault of her own, Opal is now searching for a family to call her own again. She absolutely adores people and lights up anytime someone gives her attention. Whether she’s quietly resting by your side, riding calmly in the car, or snuggling close during a thunderstorm, Opal’s biggest comfort is simply being near the people she loves.

She has such a soft, gentle soul and would thrive in a home where she can finally feel safe, cherished, and included. Opal has never lived with other animals, so a meet and greet would be needed for any future dog siblings. She would do well with dog-savvy children who understand her tender nature.
