Hola! My name is Athena, and I'm a 3-year-old Pit Bull with a heart as big as my smile! I grew up in a Spanish-speaking home, so I know my commands in Spanish, but what I really understand is love, attention, and spending time with my people.

I'm a playful, happy girl who absolutely loves being around people of all ages, including kids. Whether we're playing fetch, running around the yard, or just soaking up time together, I'm always ready for fun! When I get excited, I make the cutest little piggy noises that are sure to make you laugh.

I didn't get to explore the world much before coming to the rescue, and I've never lived in a home with other dogs or cats. Because of that, any potential canine siblings would need to meet me first to make sure we're a good match. I'm a friendly girl who's excited to discover all the adventures life has to offer! Walks are a whole new adventure for me, and I'm still working on my leash manners.

I'd love an active family that will include me in all of life's adventures and help me continue building my confidence. In return, I'll fill your days with tail wags, silly piggy noises, playful antics, and endless puppy kisses.
