Rocky is a 1-2 year old brindle mixed breed (American Bulldog?) who weighs about 45 lbs.   This goofball loves to run around the play yard and make zoomies.  Once he was leashed and taken inside our special "living room" he calmed down and enjoyed hanging out with our volunteer.  He focused on teaching Rocky to be gentleman and to be calm.  Our boy  has turned into an obedient good dawg.  He no longer jumps and knows sit, down, stay, wait, gentle. For the most part he is a big puppy who just needs someone to be a little patient with him. It only took about 5-10 minutes to get him to walk nice on a leash. He is ok with other dogs and does have an energetic play style. 

He is a very good boy that would do well with an active family that does not have cats. He might be a bit too energetic for some kids, but older ones would be fine.
