Sammi is a very sweet laid back 2 yr old mixed breed who currently weighs about 45 lbs.    She came to canine collective with three puppies who were all adopted and she is yearning for a home of her own.  This gal is very affectionate, walks nicely on the leash and loves her toys.   She has quickly earned her way into being a volunteer favorite.  

Sami knows basic commands, keeps a clean kennel and will do anything for a treat.  She is not a "loud" dog but does make funny noises all her own.  She is stressed at the kennel, but we think once in a home away from the noise, she can relax.  Sammi has very much enjoyed her days out of the kennel so we know she shows her true personality in a different environment.  Check out the video in her profile to see just how sweet and people friendly Sammi really is. 

We think she will make a great companion for a lucky family.  We think Sammi may do Ok with another calm dog in the home, but of course recommend you bring any dog in the home to the meet n greet to see if they approve.  She would of course be fine as an only dog so she could get your undivided attention!
