This is Astrid, a 5 month old Aussie (Astralian Shepard) mix. She is soooo smart and extremely sweet. She is shy and timid but once she decides she likes you, she leans in for all the hugs and kisses! She is very playful and loves to chew but handles redirection really well. She knows how to sit on command and is working on learning down, etc. 

She is fantastic with kids!! She made up to the family 9 year old before anyone. She has no interest in the family cat and to be honest, is kind of scared of her. 😂 She goes out of way to avoid the cat but is getting braver each day. 💪   

She and the 3 month old house puppy have a typical sibling relationship and Astrid is a true "big" sister in many ways. It’s 24/7 wrestle mania! 🤣 Astrid can be a bit pushy and bossy around food. She likes to keep everything for herself but accepts redirection without any issue.  She is very gentle taking treats and with humans.  

Astrid is very watchful of everything and relies on other dogs for behavioral cues. She comes out of her shell much faster with another dog to guide her. She could also do great as an only dog because she deserves all the love ❤️
