Pete and his 6 siblings were born in our care on June 3, 2025. Their mama was found as a pregnant stray. Their mama, Sugar, is a sweet entirely white terrier mix female. We do not know who the father was but he was likely a chocolate or black labrador mix. All the puppies strongly favor their father and look nothing like their mother. Mama Sugar is pictured here. The puppies are all healthy, playful, and affectionate. They have been socialized with other dogs and with kids. Pete is sure to make a loving and fun companion for any family!

You can apply to meet Pete at ricopetrecovery.org. The adoption fee for Pete is $350. The adoption fee includes the first two sets of puppy shots and the neuter surgery and microchip at our partner veterinarian. The adopter is responsible for the third and fourth rounds of puppy shots at their own veterinarian.
