Meet Winston 

This sweet 10-month-old kitten, whose life nearly ended due to a nutritional deficiency that caused his bones to fracture, is now slowly healing. He’s begun eating on his own with lots of coaxing, plenty of love, and his favorite Churu treats! 😺 His pain is being managed with medication, and despite everything he’s been through, his quiet little fighting spirit remains strong. 🩷

Winston was released into foster after his pain was managed enough that he could posture to go to the bathroom. He’s now on strict crate rest for the next 6–8 weeks to allow his fractured pelvis and spine to heal. His medical journey is far from over, but he’s finally safe, loved, and no longer silently suffering.
