True to her name, Joy is a beautiful brindle 3-year-old Boxer who brings happiness wherever she goes. She came to us after being rescued from a very difficult situation, thanks to the kindness of good samaritans who stepped in to give her the second chance she so deserves. Now, Joy is ready to leave her past behind and start fresh with a loving family.

Joy has lived successfully with other dogs and children, making her a great fit for an active, fun-loving home. She adores playtime and is especially happy when she has toys to toss, chew, and chase—play is her favorite way to bond and burn off energy.

Because Joy does have a prey drive, she’ll need a home without small animals such as cats or other small critters. In the right environment, she truly shines as a loyal, affectionate, and playful companion.
