Meet Noelle 🤍 A Gentle Soul Looking for Her Forever

Noelle is a 10–12-year-old senior girl who was found wandering alone on Christmas Day, quietly carrying the signs of years without care. This petite 35-pound husky/corgi mix came to us with advanced mammary cancer and an initial prognosis that left little hope. Without rescue, Noelle would not have made it out of the shelter.

But on New Year’s Day, everything changed.

Despite what her body has endured, Noelle’s spirit is pure sweetness. She is gentle, calm, and deeply loving — the kind of dog who leans into affection and simply wants to be close. She has met other dogs and cats and has done beautifully with both. Noelle isn’t demanding or loud; she asks quietly for comfort, warmth, and kindness.

What was once thought to be a hospice-only situation has taken a hopeful turn. Recent diagnostics revealed that Noelle’s cancer has not metastasized, giving her a chance no one expected. While her medical journey continues and will require ongoing care, Noelle remains comfortable, stable, and incredibly resilient.

Noelle is currently thriving in foster care, where she has bonded closely with her foster mom and is soaking up the love she was denied for so long. She would do best in a calm, compassionate home — one that understands seniors, values quality of life, and is willing to walk beside her for whatever time she has ahead.

Noelle doesn’t need much. A soft place to rest. Gentle hands. A heart big enough to love a senior dog who still has so much love to give.

If you believe in second chances and quiet miracles, Noelle is waiting for you. She is not quite ready yet for adoption , as she is healing from recent surgery.
