Meet Buddy!

Buddy is a 16-month-old mixed breed weighing about 40 pounds, and he’s pure joy wrapped in a compact, athletic package. Fun, friendly, and down for just about anything, Buddy’s favorite place is right by your side — whatever you’re doing, he’s in.

This goofy, people-loving guy happily soaked up attention from volunteers, even letting them dress him up, and he played almost nonstop (which admittedly made getting photos a bit of a challenge!). He loves toys — especially tennis balls — and enjoys staying active with his humans.

Buddy hasn’t shown any reactivity to other dogs when seeing them through a fence, and he was great with other dogs at an adiption event but he truly shines with people and would thrive in a home where he can be your main focus. With his confident, social personality, Buddy could even make a great event or outing companion.

Adding to his charm is Buddy’s adorable little overbite and the funny, endearing sounds he makes — often compared to a Frenchie — which are guaranteed to make you smile.
