Meet Wuffie 

A very senior husky ❤️

This sweet boy is the definition of resilient. Despite everything he has endured, he loves getting out for walks and embraces every moment of fresh air. He is described as aloof, but we see something deeper — a tired soul who has learned not to expect too much from the world.

Right now, his body tells the story of neglect. He is extremely emaciated and constantly hungry, with missing fur along his lower back where his bones are heartbreakingly visible. Veterinarians believe this is the result of poor nutrition and possibly fleas. And yet, in a small miracle, his bloodwork came back better than expected, showing us that his body is still fighting — he just needs someone to fight for him too.

If you know us, you know that here at A Pathway to Hope, we have a soft spot for huskies, seniors, and medical cases… and this boy is all three. A true trifecta of need.

What he needs now is simple but urgent:

💙 A soft bed

💙 Regular meals

💙 Someone willing to show him that his life still matters

He is heading to a loving foster home to get the veterinary care and support he needs most right now . Once we know more, he may be ready for adoption .
