This guy loves belly rubs!  But he has to trust you a lot to get them.  He is shy in new situations, but he and his brother Spencer are getting more and more confident. They are both very loving to other cats and often participate in a kitten pile of warm fur and purrs! We think they are worth the time and patience though as the love of a shy cat is something truly special! 

Hawkeye does have a chronic weeping eye that has been checked out by a specialist. He is on no medication currently, but it should be monitored at yearly visits with a veterinarian.
